By downloading, installing, or using The Night Before, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

The Night Before is a mobile application designed to help users prepare mentally and emotionally for high-stakes events. The App provides structured exercises, prompts, and calming content to support your wind-down routine.

Use of the App

You agree to use The Night Before only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or networks
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Squiggly Line Apps and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Health Disclaimer

The Night Before is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

The App is designed for general wellness purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have concerns about your mental health, please consult a qualified healthcare provider.

Purchases and Subscriptions

The Night Before offers the following purchase options:

• Annual Subscription: $9.99 per year — Full access to all features, automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Lifetime Purchase: $39.99 one-time payment — Permanent access to all current and future features with no recurring charges.

Payment and Billing:

• All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• For annual subscriptions, your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.

Refunds: All refund requests should be directed to Apple through the App Store, as they handle all payment processing.

Free Trial: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Squiggly Line Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the App

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
